HEADSHOT EVENT RESERVATION POLICY
Your $700 + tax payment reserves one appointment on Saturday, September 26.
Because this is a limited one-day event with only six appointments available:
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Headshot Event appointments cannot be rescheduled to another date.
Your payment cannot be transferred or credited toward a future private headshot, branding, or portrait session.
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, your payment will be forfeited.

HEADSHOT EVENT RESERVATION TERMS
The Headshot Event is a limited, one-day studio event with only six appointments available. Your payment reserves one appointment on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
All reservations are final and non-refundable. Appointments cannot be rescheduled to another date, and payments cannot be transferred or credited toward a future private headshot, branding, portrait session, or other studio offering. If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, your payment will be forfeited.
Appointments are scheduled consecutively throughout the day. Late arrival will not extend your scheduled appointment and may reduce the amount of time available for photography and/or image selection.
Your reservation includes one outfit and two fully retouched digital images. Professional hair and makeup are not included; please arrive dressed and camera-ready. Your included images will be selected during your in-person image review immediately following photography. Additional images are available for purchase but are never required.
In the unlikely event that Jennifer Brindley Portrait must cancel The Headshot Event, your reservation will be refunded in full or, if available and mutually agreed upon, transferred to a replacement event date.
