Cassandra drove down from Green Bay in a snow storm to shoot with me. I am always so flattered by anyone who comes down from a long distance, but adding bad weather to that just makes me even more humbled. And, it was worth it – because we created so many beautiful images together.
Cassandra came in for a NEW style of session I am offering; a portrait + boudoir hybrid session called “Clothing Optional.” This is an opportunity in the portrait studio for women to come in and be photographed in a way that is a combination of portrait and boudoir, that allows us to explore sensual portraiture in clothing or out of clothing – giving us a scope of styling options outside the general approach of a generic / standard boudoir session.
From a ‘white-sheet’ set to a sexy black dress with a plunging back to a magical green dress with flowing fabric, Cassandra’s many sexy iterations had a chance to shine.
I love the Clothing Optional sessions because it’s an opportunity to shoot sensual portrait in a very form and fashion-forward approach, and I couldn’t be happier with the images we came away with.
