“I first found Jennifer through a friends post on Facebook several years ago. I found myself scrolling through her posts, admiring all the beauty she had captured and how confident and strong all the women looked. I wanted to feel that.
I went back and forth on contacting Jennifer. I am full time mom, a wife, working a full-time job, raising two girls with little time in my schedule for myself.
Since a young age I have struggled with self-confidence and body image. After turning 50 earlier in 2023, I wanted to do something for myself. I wanted to see myself through a different lens.
With 50 being a huge milestone, I reached out to Jennifer and scheduled a photoshoot. I decided to do the photoshoot because I wanted to capture this moment in time, to reflect on how far I have come and what got me to this point in my life.
When I first met Jennifer, I knew this was going to be an amazing experience. She made each step in the process effortless as well as fun and exciting. She listened to my preferences, created looks that were both beautiful and beyond what I would have picked for myself. Katrina did an amazing job with my makeup and hair.
I was so nervous coming back for the reveal. Jennifer created a relaxing environment, presented a sideshow of the photos and displayed them on the photo wall. I was amazed!!
