Branding Wardrobe Foundations Questionnaire

You’re not alone if this feels hard. This Branding Wardrobe Foundations Questionnaire is intentionally designed for clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their wardrobe, especially if your body, life stage, or professional role has shifted. If you’re starting from square one, feeling frustrated with everything in your closet, or unsure how your clothing should reflect who you are now, that’s exactly why you’re here.

This is not about having “good” answers or a great wardrobe already, it’s about giving me enough context to help you build clarity, confidence, and alignment step by step.

Honesty matters far more than polish.

Often times it is really hard to determine the style of clothing we want to wear vs what looks good on us.

I have created these Foundational Looks that you can help guide your wardrobe choices for your shoot.

★ Business Formal
Dresses & Formal suiting complete with blazer, collared button down, tie, slacks, dress shoes.

★ Business Casual
Blazers paired with khakis/dress pants, and  blouse/button down with a more open and relaxed look.
(Dresses can also work with this category)

★ Denim Casual
Jeans paired with casual shirts (t-shirts, polo shirts, tank tops) and layered with  blazers, jackets, cardigans.

 Dressy Casual
Slacks paired with sweaters, blouses/button downs, and/or vests.

These Foundational Looks serve as BASE styling for your session.

This questionairre asks details about your personal style, your fit, and how you want to be seen.  It also requires that you take a snapshot of yourself so that I can assess your silhouette to determine ideal fits for your clothing items.

Your sizing is used for sourcing any wardrobe that you may need to polish off your Foundational Looks and ensure that any items you may want to add to your session are accessible in your size and are available for timely shipping.
