Strength doesn’t look one way.

This is not a before-and-after shoot.

PHYSIQUE was created for something deeper than that.

Over the years, I’ve had more and more clients come to me wanting to document their bodies for reasons that felt personal and important. Proof. A milestone. A comeback. A goal reached. A visible reminder that the work they’ve been putting in has actually happened.

And over the last nine months, as I’ve been on my own lifting journey, I’ve connected with that even more deeply.

I’ve photographed these kinds of images for years, but it’s all come together into a more defined offering.

PHYSIQUE is a black and white study of the body.
Not performance. Not perfection.
Just light, form, and what you’ve built.

Who PHYSIQUE is for

PHYSIQUE may be for you if you want to document:

-a lifting journey
-weight loss or body recomposition
-a season of consistency and discipline
-a competition milestone
-a running or endurance accomplishment
-a comeback after injury, illness, or a difficult season
-strength that feels deeply personal, whether dramatic or quiet

You do not need to be stage-lean.
You do not need to look like a fitness model.
You do not need to “earn” being photographed.

You just need a reason this matters to you.

What makes PHYSIQUE different

This is not traditional fitness photography.

It is not flashy, over-edited, or built around gimmicks.

It is black and white by design, because shape, texture, contrast, posture, and light tell the story better than anything else.

It is also not boudoir.

PHYSIQUE is about the body as strength, structure, effort, history, and presence.

And unlike so much of what we see online, these images are not digitally reshaped. No fake abs. No body sculpting. No altering the truth of your form.

That is part of the point.

STRENGTH LOOKS DIFFERENT ON EVERYONE

The Experience

Your PHYSIQUE session is designed to be simple, focused, and collaborative.

Your session fee includes:

-Your PHYSIQUE session
-Expert posing and direction throughout
-Guidance for 3 to 4 looks
-Optional professional hair and makeup
-A private reveal and ordering appointment

This is a fully guided experience. You do not need to know how to pose, flex, stand, or move for the camera. I will direct you every step of the way.

Wardrobe + Styling

PHYSIQUE is intentionally minimal.

Some clients choose athletic wear. Some choose fitted basics. Some incorporate competition pieces, medals, wraps, or simple layers. Some want a stronger, more sculptural look. Others want something quieter and more stripped down.

We will choose looks based on your goals, your body, and the feeling you want these images to carry.

This offering includes guidance, but the focus here is not fashion. It is you.

THIS VERSION OF YOU MATTERS.

Hair and Makeup

Professional hair and makeup is available for those who want it, and can be kept very natural or polished depending on the direction of the session.

This is never about turning PHYSIQUE into a glam shoot. The goal is simply to help you feel camera-ready, confident, and aligned with the aesthetic of the work.

Image Investment

Your PHYSIQUE session fee reserves your appointment. Images are purchased separately at your reveal.

Digital Collections

5 images, $1500
10 images, $2000
20 images, $3000

Additional images are available in bundles of 10 for $800.

A full collection upgrade is also available at your reveal.

Most clients choose 20 images or the full collection.

Prints, albums, and custom artwork are available a la carte for those who want them, but PHYSIQUE is designed as a digital-first offering.

This is your body.

First Release Sessions

To introduce PHYSIQUE, I’m opening a limited number of First Release Sessions at a special session fee of $99.

Once these spots are filled, PHYSIQUE returns to its standard $449 session fee.

If this speaks to you, I’d love for you to be part of the first release.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be super lean or visibly muscular?

No. PHYSIQUE is for many kinds of bodies and many kinds of stories. Some clients are deeply muscular. Some are lean. Some are soft and strong. Some are documenting change that is meaningful to them even if it is not dramatic to anyone else.

Is this boudoir?

No. PHYSIQUE is not boudoir. While the body is the subject, the intention here is entirely different. This work is about form, strength, discipline, structure, and presence.

Will you Photoshop my body?

No digital body reshaping is included or offered. I do standard portrait retouching, but I do not alter the actual shape of your body.

I have no idea how to pose. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Most people I photograph have little to no on-camera experience. And for PHYSIQUE specifically I have an excellent foundational knowledge of the muscles and form in the body, and how they translate in imagery. I will fully direct you throughout the session so we can create strong, intentional images.

Can men book PHYSIQUE too?

Absolutely. PHYSIQUE is for all genders.

Can I bring milestone items like medals, competition pieces, or meaningful gear?

Yes. If there is something symbolic to your story, we can absolutely discuss incorporating it. The studio provides a few standard pieces of equipment for images or pre-shoot “pump” including 15# dumbbells and a 20# kettlebell as well as a few bands.

This is part of your story.

The Truth Is

Your body has carried you through more than anyone else can see.

The work.
The discipline.
The setbacks.
The rebuilding.
The quiet consistency.
The moment you realized something had changed.

PHYSIQUE was created to honor that.

Proof that it happened.
A milestone you earned.
A comeback you fought for.

Let’s capture what you’ve built.
